Not every real estate agent is a REALTOR®. REALTORS® are real estate professionals who have chosen to join the National Association of REALTORS® and abide by its strict Code of Ethics. What does this mean to you? It means that any REALTOR® with whom you work has voluntarily agreed to abide by a Code of Ethics, based on professionalism and protection of the public.
Become a member. When you join a REALTOR® member brokerage, please submit your membership application within 10 days of joining your brokerage. Click here to complete your application today and submit to member@ancboard.com.
New member applications are typically processed within 72 business hours of receipt. If you have not received a welcome email within a few days of submitting your application, please send us an email.
Membership Dues Information. Our annual membership dues are $609 which includes the $25 voluntary Political Action Committee (RPAC) contribution. New member dues are prorated back to the date your Alaska Real Estate license became effective with your brokerage. Additionally, a one-time application fee of $100 for first time members is assessed. Please submit dues payment online though the ABR Info Hub within 10 days of receiving our welcome letter. Our membership dues are non-refundable.
Once you receive your welcome email, please create an ABR Info Hub account, our membership portal. Submit dues payment, keep your contact information current, register for events and training, and receive early bird discounts (and sometimes free registration) when you register for our events early using the Info Hub.

REALTOR® mark. Before you can use the REALTOR® mark, the following items must be completed:
- Complete mandatory training required by the National Association of REALTORS® within 60 days of joining us.
Online training may be completed online on the NAR Website; you will need your M1/NRDS number to log in to the NAR website, which will be sent to you with your welcome letter:

In-person or zoom classes are offered several times a year. Visit our event calendar to find our next class. - Review the National Association of REALTORS® Welcome page, to help you become more successful and profitable in your real estate business.
- Take the REALTOR® Pledge. Once you complete the required training, please send us an email and we will send you your REALTOR® pledge and REALTOR® pin. Send us an email.
- Explore the Members tab on this website to learn more about membership opportunities. Don't miss our classes and events; review our Event Calendar often. On odd calendar years, be sure to attend our in-person Education Block which will give you all 20 CEs (Continuing Education credit hours) for your Alaska Real Estate Commission renewal. When you register early, using the Info Hub, you will receive the Education Block classes for free!
